How much does an AI Agent cost?

Nobody likes a pricing page that says “Contact us” and nothing else. So here is a straight answer.

The simple version

An AI Agent costs a one-off fee to build, then a small monthly fee to keep running.

The build fee covers us learning your business, setting the agent up, and testing it until it works properly. The monthly fee covers keeping it running, watching how it performs, and making small improvements.

Compared to hiring

The fairest comparison is a part-time assistant.

A part-time hire costs wages every month, needs holidays, gets sick, and works set hours. An agent costs a fraction of that, works every hour of every day, and never hands in its notice.

That is not a knock on real staff — your people do things an agent never could. But for the boring, repeated jobs, an agent is simply the cheaper pair of hands.

Why we don’t list one flat price

Because businesses are genuinely different. An agent that answers questions about opening hours is a smaller job than one that books appointments, chases invoices, and updates your records.

Listing one price would mean either overcharging small jobs or underquoting big ones. Neither is fair.

• No surprises. If something would cost extra, we tell you before doing it, not after.
